The story of a family united by a passion for special construction works.
Today a major player in special works throughout the northeastern quarter of France, T.E.S. (Travaux Entretien Subaquatiques - Underwater Maintenance Works) was founded in 1982 by Patrick CHAMPLON in Toul with the help of his wife Marie-José CHAMPLON, initially specialized in all types of underwater interventions and controlled demolition using diamond and explosive techniques.

1999
The company moved to Gondreville in Lorraine into new premises. Lilian CHAMPLON, the eldest son already deeply immersed in construction culture, joined the company. His arrival gave birth to a new entity: SARL TES-TECHNIFOR for Travaux Entretien Subaquatiques (Underwater Maintenance Works) and TECHNIque de FORage (Drilling Technique).

2009
Jordan CHAMPLON, the second son, joined the company after 3 years spent building logistics warehouses in Shanghai. As a qualified Structural Engineer, he perfectly strengthened the team in terms of calculations and sizing of technical solutions provided to our clients.
