At the MUSE shopping centre in Metz, TES TECHNIFOR is acting as the main contractor to create a new access on basement level SS-2. Car park users have been waiting several years for this improvement, which will help traffic flow more smoothly when leaving the car park, particularly during busy periods.
Carried out for and in collaboration with Projet X, the project’s construction management firm, the works draw on several areas of our expertise:

installation of new supports founded on micropiles, including direct tensile load tests;

concrete sawing;

carbon fibre strengthening.
As the main contractor, TES TECHNIFOR coordinates all the works, supported by its subcontractor Spie Batignolles.
A technically demanding project in a facility that remains in use, where every operation requires careful control.
