Originally from the Lunéville area, Allan joined TES around ten years ago, hoping to work closer to home. At the time, he was already working in drilling for a company based in another region. An opportunity and a meeting led him to join the TES team as a drilling team leader.
Over the years, Allan naturally progressed to the role of drilling site supervisor. It was a step forward he had been looking forward to and now thoroughly enjoys. Today, his responsibilities extend beyond hands-on site work: he supervises teams, monitors project progress, manages orders and client relationships, and helps maintain a positive working atmosphere on site. His role combines technical expertise, organisation and people management.
Versatile by nature, he enjoys the variety of his duties: overseeing operations, maintaining machinery and travelling regularly. No two projects are alike. He is particularly drawn to large-scale operations, especially major solar panel projects, which often take place in open countryside and run over longer periods.
“What motivates me is the variety of the work and the atmosphere at TES TECHNIFOR. We travel a lot, see different places and work as a team. There’s a real family spirit here. When you feel happy at your company, getting up in the morning isn’t a problem.”
