At TES Technifor, the safety of our teams comes first. The high heat risk is integrated into our DUER and our prevention measures are reinforced on every site:
- Sufficient drinking water,
- Equipment adapted to weather conditions: lighter clothing, cooling towels, electric coolers...
- Adjusted schedules if necessary,
- Team organisation to ensure no one works alone,
- Reminder of warning signs of heat illness,
- Adapted emergency organisation,
- Update of safety documents (PGC, PPSPS...).
Last week, facing a red heatwave alert, we stopped our site in Saint-Palais-de-Phiolin (Charente-Maritime) to protect our teams.
