Former firefighter then train driver, Louis has always loved action and responsibility professions. After various experiences in construction and industry, he joined TES two years ago and discovered the world of special works.
Today, Louis is sawing team leader. On the ground, he handles sawing and reinforcement, often technical interventions where rigour and precision are essential. Every site is a new experience: through practice and exchanges with more experienced colleagues, he has developed real expertise and valuable know-how.
"There's never any routine. We work outside, inside, on very different sites. We learn all the time, individually and collectively. And then the family atmosphere of the company makes the difference. I've found my place here."
