A new project is underway for TES TECHNIFOR at the Monbois student residence in Nancy. Commissioned by the University of Lorraine, our teams are working on a landmark building of Nancy’s university heritage.
Built in the 1930s by France-Lanord & Bichaton, the Monbois student residence is known for its modernist architecture with Art Deco influences. Designed by architect Jean Bourgon, it aimed to offer students an innovative living environment for its time.
TES TECHNIFOR is carrying out structural repairs to an access walkway within the building. The project supports the long-term preservation and renovation of this architectural heritage.
We will share more about the project in a video very soon.
