We supplied 10,000 linear metres of carbon strip reinforcement for car parks in Paris, including surface preparation before installation. This preparation involved milling the underside of slabs, hydro-demolition, and then application of R4 mortar by wet spraying.
The carbon reinforcement project for three levels of underground parking in Paris was completed successfully! After carrying out the studies and reinforcement calculations in accordance with Eurocodes, we completed:
- 5 km of floor sawing,
- 3 km of diamond grinding on ceilings,
- 10 km of pultruded carbon fibre strips,
- surface preparation by demolition milling,
- 320 m² of R4 mortar spraying by wet method,
- 14 weeks of work, mainly at night, respecting the phasing required for the client's activities.
