Description

In the context of building rehabilitation, house renovation, or various premises reorganization, structural reinforcement allows the conversion of an existing building to new functions. Our sawing and micropile activities allow us to completely rearrange an existing structure and redesign facades according to all your requirements. We can intervene during construction, for example due to project modifications, after completion following design or execution errors, or as part of damage repair.

We mainly offer reinforcement solutions using carbon fiber composites: carbon strip (flat) or carbon fiber fabric bonded with epoxy resin. We also master reinforcement using metal profiles. All our staff are trained in structural reinforcement installation.

Our pultruded carbon strip (flat) reinforcement solutions are available in several elastic moduli and in numerous cross-sections. The strips are applied to a sound and prepared substrate using epoxy resin. Carbon strips (flats) can also be embedded in the concrete cover. We can apply prestressed carbon strip reinforcement by post-tensioning.

We also offer unidirectional carbon fiber fabrics with very low crimp in several weights. The fabrics can be applied by dry or wet method. In all cases, we ensure perfect installation with optimal polymer consumption.
