TES TECHNIFOR completed an emergency reinforcement of 2,500 linear metres in carbon fibre fabric for the strengthening of prestressed concrete purlins at the Auchan Semécourt site.
We completed 2,500 linear metres of carbon fibre fabric (CFF) reinforcement for the emergency strengthening of prestressed concrete purlins.
In collaboration with Demathieu Bard, this project involves reinforcing 220 prestressed concrete purlin ends, following the incident on 22 April 2017 at the Auchan Semécourt site.
This complex project required our expertise for technical advice, studies and night-time installation of the 2,500 linear metres of carbon fabric required. We used unidirectional carbon fibre fabric with low crimp, thus ensuring a high elastic modulus.
